Verily, on the morrow past, whilst engaged in the noble realm of Valheim, our connection to the ether did falter most grievously. I endeavored to mend it, engaging in the quest of troubleshooting upon the provider’s app, toggling its power, and invoking a reset… yet all was to no avail. The instructions did lead me to inquire of the hue of the beacon upon the internet contrivance. It did blinketh blue. Upon mine selection of that choice, it informed me that – should it blink blue for more than the span of ten minutes – a noble technician would be required.

I did inform mine Noble Companion of the events that did unfold. Upon his return from toil, he did sup and graciously received the anniversary token I had prepared for him, thereafter attempting to mend the internet with his own hand. He did replicate my every endeavor. Subsequently, he did summon the aid of customer service. That scoundrel had him repeat the very actions… anew… and decreed that, verily, a technician would be dispatched. Three days hence. On the morrow of Thursday.

Verily, I muttered, “Spawn of a harlot!”

Alas, ’tis a most vexing plight to dwell without the web of knowledge. What course shall we take?! This misfortune brought forth but trifling woes, leaving us to ponder how we might advance in our mortal sojourn.

We did verily employ the Mad Libs tome upon the device of mine companion, and found great mirth therein, chuckling heartily at our own jests and capers. At long last, we did exchange the felines and made our way to the chambers of slumber. I found myself perusing my device for yet another hour ere my eyes closed in restful respite. Verily, I awoke to the vexing truth of no internet still afflicting our abode.

This doth bring forth a curious notion… for I do recall the days ere the advent of the internet. Now, as I scribe this missive in the Medieval Translator (a most comical feat), I do employ the enchantments of Hotspot and Bluetooth upon mine mobile device to fulfill this blog entry. Lo, mine humble portable contraption doth empower my grand desktop with the art of connectivity. Ha!
