So yeah. I’ll confess: not much in the mood to celebrate today. Since I started off writing some stuff for a future page (Coming Soon – R4S!) I wish to Publish, I’m tired and don’t wanna. I’m rating today a 0/5 Stars – Would Not Recommend. But, I guess that’s probably because I’m one of those people that will be suffering (greatly) if the Cheeto-in-Charge gets his Manifesto passed. Not a fan of the way things are panning out here in the good ol’ U. S. of A. Hell, I haven’t been a fan since the first time he was put into office. But C’est la Vie, yeah?

The Boyfriend and I WILL be going out later to spend time with friends and whatnot, but… for me, it’s just a chance to socialize, eat good food, and observe pretty sparklies (I do love sparklies). But that’s it. I have no desire to support (let alone celebrate) a country whose “leaders” (and the people that voted them there) choose to let their weakest and most unfortunate suffer in the name of power, greed, and a visceral hatred for anyone and anything different. I see all that up there as a giant dick-waving contest, honestly.

And I shall leave you with one of my favorite memes, but keep in mind that you can change “Religion” to “Politics” or any other legit thing that people like to force on others…
