I’m not a dog person. They’re loud and obnoxious, barking and jumping and slobbering… usually. With the exception of Captain Jack Sparrow – one of Granny Sidhé’s puppers – I wouldn’t want to own a doggo. I would, however, have another wolf-hybrid like Ch’Komi as a companion… but I just don’t have to strength physically to keep up or properly maintain one. They require a lot more than a “regular” dog.
Until I moved in with The Boyfriend and Princess Fluffybutt, I’d never really met a cat I didn’t love immediately. I’ve grown to love her, of course, but man… is she a handful. We talk a lot, and I like that.
So, yeah… cats are superior – in my honest opinion and preference. I don’t judge anyone for loving dogs, either. It takes all kinds and both have their value with whomever they find as family.
The featured picture, by the way, is all 4 of our cats. I created an entire Facebook page for them. Have NOT kept up with it, unfortunately.
