Brain is exhausted

The cat bapped my face
I got up way to early
Did not sleep enough

Chilly morning breeze
With my brand new "walky" poles
Left hip is a bitch

Going round the lap
Say "Morning" to the stranger
Passing in moon light

Wait, rest at the bench
Finally we're heading home
Hip screams, "Please just stop"

Get around the bend
You got this, just keep going
The chair is calling

Blissful, sitting down
Cooling off and resting here
Can I take a nap?

A groan escapes me
I must do the bloggening
Ugh, but the stairs suck

Sit down at my desk
Staring dumbly at the screen
