Maintenance


I just spent the last 20 minutes going through about 5 pages of my blogs to catch up on sorting them into categories. I’m really glad there’s a “quick edit” option that I can just select which category I need to put the post in. I seriously need to remember to select the category when I make the post… 😑

I am happy to report that – whatever my heart’s acting out bullshit was – it’s gone (so far this morning). My Smart Ring can track oxygen levels and heart rate, but not blood pressure. So I’m kinda wondering if I need to get some sort of BP measuring device, but I know I won’t do that unless/until/if it happens again. And I’d like to say that I hope it doesn’t, but this is something I’ve dealt with my whole life… just not to that length of time or scale (that I can recall).

Last night’s check-in was pretty good. Watched the next Program video and talked about switching to a different app for “monitoring.” The one they suggested actually costs less per month, so… it’s pretty much a shoe-in. We also had a smol, but hilarious, incident that I cackled about for several minutes. I was legitimately crying from laughing so hard. So, yeah… that was nice.

My dumb ass has started the habit of Doom Scrolling after I get into bed for the night. I stayed up till after 11p again. Ugh. Definitely need to stop doing that.

And now, I shall do whatever until EMDR therapy. Since I’ve finished my latest Big Project in Minecraft (huge bridge!), I’m kinda stumped on what to do next.

Of course, I could do some more ADHD Research…
